APPOINTMENTS

We will be arriving  5-10 minutes before your first appointment to fill out intake paperwork.

We understand life happens, but if you are running late, please give us a text to let us know.

CANCELLATIONS

Clients must provide a 24 hour notice for any appointments needing to be rescheduled or cancelled. Repeated failure to cancel or reschedule appointments prior to 24 hours may be subjected to cancellation or a no show fee. SkinRx is open on weekends. Please text us to reschedule or cancel any Monday appointments. 

Please text us to let us know you are running late, that way we can make necessary adjustments to our the schedule for travel

PAYMENTS

SkinRx accepts most major credit cards: Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. If paying with cash, we request exact change at checkout. If change is required, the client's account will be credited the difference to use for future services. 

REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds for services or products that have been injected or used in your treatment. All treatment plans are discussed with clients prior to beginning the procedure. By consenting to be treated, clients show that they understand and accept this condition. 

Any package or series of treatments that have begun will be considered to have been rendered, even if the full series may not have been completed. If clients wish to discontinue the treatment in the midst of the series, credit for the unused treatments may be used to purchase other treatments or services.
